My name is Mike Grose and I served 20 years in the US Army Infantry as a Paratrooper, Drill Sergeant, Foreign Military Advisor, Detachment Sergeant, and Capability Developer. I completed five tours of combat, (Afghanistan 2002, Iraq 2003, 2007, 2009, and 2011) and am a recipient of the Purple Heart.

Prior to the military I was a collegiate cross country runner and am an avid lifelong learner. I am an dedicated fisherman and outdoor enthusiast.

I have lived a life that some of my friends say should be in a book. Others say I should be a teacher to share my experiences.The realization that I have lived a more interesting than others isn't lost on me. I have been fortunate to dodge a few bullets along the path and also lucky to have been mentored by great people.

One of the unfortunate aspects of today's world is that certain people have access to education, coaching and mentorship that regular folks just don't have. I believe most people have a desire to succeed, but I understand that sometimes people need a push and some guidance to be their absolute best.

I have one goal:

Provide the same level of coaching that the elite of society receive to everyday people (like you and me) to enable you to be the best version of yourself.
